Shipping your parcel
Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are sent via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional charges. Whichever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping charges include handling and packing costs as well as postage. Handling charges are fixed, whereas transport charges vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
