This outer coating is perfectly resistant to greases and oils and does not stain, even in contact with soiling. The intermediate layer is made of perfectly adherent flexible PVC. The third layer consists of a polyester textile reinforcement. This is followed by a new intermediate adhesion layer of flexible PVC. And finally the inner layer is white, made of food-grade flexible PVC.
This multi-layer composition gives the hose greater flexibility and more strength. Flexibility is improved on the one hand thanks to the white layer, which optimises heat resistance, and on the other hand by adjusting the thickness of the inner wall.
As for chemical resistance, it is guaranteed by the concentration of protective agents located exclusively in the blue layer. No longer dispersed throughout the hose, they reinforce it.
